Memory Journals

This book has been inspired by the author's experience of memory loss after caring for her Grandmother, Betty, who sadly passed away last year. Betty was 93 and had been fighting the effects of vascular dementia for 12 years. In the first instance, this was created to help families and care workers to build up the memory banks of people struggling with memory loss, but it can also be used for different purposes as detailed below:

This book is packed with 50 prompts to help you rediscover past memories. The memory journal is simple but effective in inspiring memories that can create wonderful storytelling. For the creative writer, this could help with autobiographical prompts. For families, this could be fun to learn about loved ones to pass down to generations. Because this is not defined to any age group, it is a fun and positive exercise for people to do of all ages.
